If you already have a domain name and want to take advantage of a OnlyHost4u hosting plan, your domain name is up for renewal or you wish to take advantage of our competitive prices, you can transfer your name to our preferred registrar and point the DNS to us.

.UK Domain Names

To transfer your .UK domain name to our preffered registrar you will need to instruct the current registrar to change the IPS Tag for the domain name to FASTHOSTS. Please be aware that some registrars may charge a release fee.

Once the domain name is on the FASTHOSTS IPS Tag you will need to contact us so that we can migrate it into an account for you.

gTLDs (generic Top Level Domains .com, .net, .org, .info, .biz)

The following conditions must be met before a gTLD domain name can be transferred:

The domain name must have been registered for more than 60 days.

The current admin contact for the domain name must be able to confirm the transfer.

It is your responsibility to instruct the company or individual that is the current admin contact for this domain name to authorise the transfer email they receive.

The domain name must not be 'on hold' with the current registrar. The domain could be on hold for payment issues, renewal issues etc.

The domain name must be at least 40 days from its renewal date.

Partial Transfer (Hosting Only)

If you wish to stay with your current registrar but would like to host your domain name with OnlyHost4u.com then you can do a Partial Transfer. This involves re-delegating the nameservers for your domain name to the relevant ones for the hosting package you want. See below:
